From the East:
Take I-40 past Nashville airport, and it branches to the right (I-40 to downtown Nashville).

From the North:
Take I-65, and past Trinity Lane exit, the interstate branches to the right into downtown. Follow it downtown to the Charlotte Pike exit, and turn West on Charlotte (away from downtown) after exiting to the right. Follow Charlotte for 5-6 blocks (south or west), and you will see Centennial Hospital as a large blue building on the left.

From the West:
Take I-40 downtown to the Charlotte Pike exit, take a right away from downtown to Centennial Hospital on the left.

Parking
Pull into the parking deck under the hospital, and take the elevators for Physicians Park to the 2nd floor.
